Other items:
Freebies For Welcome Center
Please follow these directions for including your freebies to the boards at the Welcome Center.
We are especially in need of items for the males, including skins, hair, shoes and clothing.
Instructions for 3RG Freebie Board Use
-------------------------------------------
1) Ensure that your freebie items have the correct permissions
(at your discretion: modify, copy, resell/give away)
2) Place your freebies in the contents of this sign prim
• If desired, feel free to include a landmark to your
3RG region or parcel.
• If instructions are necessary in order for citizens
to be able to use the freebie(s), be sure to also
include a notecard in the contents with those
instructions.
3) Rename the sign to indicate your contents --
Example: 3RG Freebie - Male Clothes
(Please keep the first part)
4) Change the texture of the inside of the sign (the side facing the inside of the welcome circle build) to depict the contents.
• Please do not change the outside texture;
it has been made transparent so citizens
can see through the signs when they are
outside of the welcome circle.
• If you do not have a texture, or a way to make a texture,
there is a selection of generic textures inside the sign that
you can use. (Copy to your inventory and then apply the
texture that is applicable.)
• Remove all textures from the contents of the sign.
5) Set the sign for sale for zero -- and ensure that which is being sold is a copy or the contents (not the original, as it was when you purchased this sign).
6) Ensure that "Buy object" is selected for the "When Left-Clicked" option.
--------------------
And that's it!
Thank you for helping your fellow 3RG citizens!

It was reported that the dorm rooms at the University were complete and it was requested of those in attendance to book a room and test the scripting that Kira Tipioni so graciously provided. The dorm rooms are designed to be used by newbies that have yet to find a home in 3RG.
Skylar presented an idea to include a club at the top of the Pyramid where the freebie store is located. No motions or votes were taken on his proposal until further discussion.
Hokey Pokey the event coordinator for 3RG Management announced and talke to the citizens about an upcoming event being sponsored by the Management Team.
No other new business was presented.
Featured Citizen: Hokey Pokey
By Cyn Canada
Hokey Pokey comes to us through an invitation from Lets Rock and the management team. Hokey's reputation as being "what it is all about" precedes her and makes it evident that she is the perfect spokesperson for the 3RG mega charity event for Doctor's Without Borders. Hokey has been a virtual citizen since 2006. She has helped coordinate several very large 3-day events in another virtual world.
Hokey says she has always been involved in the Hokey Pokey and thus evolved as the Hokey Pokey in the flesh (virtual flesh, that is). For this event, Hokey will be acting as coordinator but relying heavily on volunteer efforts from 3RG citizens. She says that Songdog has agreed to be music coordinator so that is one large piece of the pie that is being covered.
Hokey provided the following information as to what is needed for the big event: "We will be having other events along with the music event, some of them to be determined yet but lots of ideas already. Part could be determined by what kind of talent would like to volunteer for this event. We could have dance events ... or hokey pokey events ... we would like to make it an event with the Hokey Pokey to get a world record! Its also just before the Halloween or All Saints Day celebrations so a costume party may be just the thing! We can use help in the way of volunteers to help coordinate the different events, or they may have an idea of an event they would love to include! We really want to make this an extravaganza and do the best we can to promote this event! To sign up just talk to myself or anyone on the management team or you can email me at

."
So, what happens to Hokey at the end of the event? She says she would like to make 3RG her home. After just a few days she says she feels it is the right place for her. She loves it here because everyone is so nice! :)
In closing, Hokey would like to say, "Just that I know we all love to have fun and being here is one way to do that, I think we can have a lot of fun with a Hokey Pokey event and I really hope all of you will get into the spirit of it, we can have fun and make it count also! and that The Hokey Pokey 'Is What Its All About!'"
Let's all get on board the Hokey Pokey express!

Vehicle Scripts:
It is asked that 3RG Citizens refrain from testing LSL vehicle scripts they appear to be causing huge error logs and are a major cause of region crashing. We reccommend working with OSL scripts as an alternative
